2026 Fall Friendship Luncheons Registration
Attention MADC Members
The wait is almost over! Registration is opening for our Fall Friendship Luncheons, and with the incredible excitement surrounding our limited-edition "Wendy-Ween! Wendy-Ween! Wendy-Ween!" doll, we've made a special change to ensure the process is as fair as possible for everyone.
Registration will be by MAIL-IN FORM ONLY!
Because this exclusive doll is available in such limited quantities, the MADC Board of Directors has chosen a mail-in registration process so that every member has an equal opportunity to purchase this adorable collectible. (Let's be honest...she's absolutely irresistible! 
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Download and complete the attached registration form.
Step 2: Mail your registration form and payment NO EARLIER THAN JULY 15, 2026.
Step 3: Registrations will be processed according to the U.S. Postal Service postmark date on your envelope.
If requests for the doll exceed the number available, the Board will conduct a lottery-style drawing among registrations sharing the same eligible postmark date to determine who receives the remaining dolls.
MAILING TIP: to help ensure you get the July 15th postmark, take your envelope to the post office without postage and ask for a machine stamp or a stamp and hand cancel. It will automatically include the date you paid for the stamp.
Please remember:
Registration forms postmarked before July 15, 2026 will be moved to the end of the registration queue.
Limit one "Wendy-Ween! Wendy-Ween! Wendy-Ween!" doll per registrant.
