2026 Convention Registration

The registration fee for the 2026 MADC St Louis Convention is $595.00.

Each person attending the MADC convention must be a paid in full member by January 2026. The Non-Member Registration Fee is an additional $55 which includes a one-year MADC membership. Registrations are non-transferable.

There will be a $20.00 charge for anyone who wishes to have their breakout packet mailed. Whichever way you receive your packet, you will have to mail in your break-out event registration form. Breakout event registration packets will be sent in the Spring 2026 and will only be accepted by regular mail. We cannot accept telephone requests or registration by email. In the event of a sellout convention, break-out events’ spots will be subject to a lottery-style drawing based on postmark. In order to receive a souvenir and related items from an event, you must be present at the event.

Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for registrants requesting a cancellation prior to 12/31/2025. From 1/1/26 to 3/31/26, there will be a $70 cancellation fee. After 3/31/26, no part of your registration can be refunded.
