Guest registrations will be $140 per person with full registered person and includes only the Welcome Breakfast & the Banquet. Guests must be accompanied by a registered Adult Member.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 12/31/22, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted. After 12/31/22 and through March 31, 2023 a $70.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations after 03/31/23 no part of the registration fee or any added event fees will be refunded. If we can re-sell the break-out event ticket – a refund will be made of the event costs, less $30.00 fee. No-Shows at commencement of banquet are considered cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing with a registrant’s signature and mailed to the registrar. Postmarks will apply for amount of cancellation fee.
Breakout event registrations will only be accepted by regular mail. We cannot accept telephone requests or registrations by email. Room reservations will begin after 10/1/2022. In order to receive a souvenir and related items from an event, YOU must be present at the event.
